The YG12E Grooving machine After improvement

Now our new Grooving machine is YG12K

 3 parts changes:

 1: Adopt the knurled wheel with disassembled angle to make disassembly more convenient.

 2. improvement  the strength of the gearbox and increase the service life.

 3. The bearing of heavy load has been updated to strengthen the strength of the tie wheel.

 Features of YG12k Grooving machine:

 1: Large working range and strong adaptability.

 2: The center of gravity is low and the machine is stable.

 3: There is a lifting ring at the bottom, which can be connected with a counterweight or foot. It is recommended to process a pipe counterweight of 8" or more.

 4: Convenient control of the rolling groove depth.

 5: The drive shaft has a split design, and the rollers can be quickly replaced.

 6: Smooth operation and low noise.

 7: Imported seals are used to ensure long life of the oil pump.
